The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albert misses with a low kick.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Albert sprawls well. Albert wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Albert throws a right and a left that Gracie avoids nicely.
Albert tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Albert is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie wants to stand but Albert has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Gracie is trying for a kimura here. Albert looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Gracie wins by kimura!
