Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Toot Nugget!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Big Ramy!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Winston Alpacca and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nugget uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ramy.
Nugget works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Ramy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ramy looks to land a left hand but Nugget moved out of range nicely.
Nugget feints a jab promting Ramy to slip. Nugget then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ramy slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Big Ramy has been cut.
Ramy gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Nugget counters with a shoot takedown. Ramy fights it but they end up in guard.
Nugget lands a couple of digs.
Nugget trying to control but Ramy is working from the bottom.
Nugget loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Nugget trying to control the position from guard on top but Ramy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Nugget is in close to Ramy's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Ramy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nugget is working Ramy over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Ramy looking for subs off his back but Nugget has passed one foot through into half guard.

Ramy manages to get to full guard.
Ramy with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Nugget can't handle though.

Ramy is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Nugget frees his head nicely. Oh but Ramy has switched to an armbar! Nugget is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
