Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beir gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Stefano stalling in the clinch but Beir improves position.
Stefano wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Beir has him pressed against the cage.
Stefano is trying to pull guard but Beir turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Beir jumps guard and drags Stefano to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Beir scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Stefano closes the distance and clinches up with Beir, looking for a takedown. Stefano pushes Beir against the cage but Beir circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Beir shoots in and gets a takedown into Stefano's guard.
Stefano is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Stefano working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Beir doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Beir manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Stefano controls Beir momentarily but Beir frees himself.

Beir cracks Stefano with a solid left hand.

Beir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stefano swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Beir seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Stefano is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Beir is looking to regain half guard here but Stefano keeps moving and retains side control.
Stefano wants to control but Beir is keeping him busy.
Stefano throws an elbow but Beir slips to the side and avoids it well.

Stefano wants to stand but Beir has his arm trapped.

Beir throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stefano tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Beir is in Stefano's guard.

Stefano escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Beir decides to stand up, so the ref orders Stefano to his feet.

Beir has managed to clinch.
Stefano wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Beir has him pressed against the cage.

Beir has clasped his hands together around Stefano's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Beir stands up and beckons Stefano to his feet.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stefano tries to close the distance and clinch but Beir swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Beir stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Beir tries a knee to the head but Stefano blocks it.

Beir is pressed up against the cage. Stefano has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Beir down to the mat. Beir avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Beir looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Stefano is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Beir working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Stefano tries to clinch but Beir is having none of it.
It looked like Beir was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Beir shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stefano manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Beir thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Stefano looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Beir is defending well. Stefano quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Beir has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Stefano celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
