Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Aldean (ranked 4521 p4p, 4708 weight class) and Victor Reinhardt (ranked 517 p4p, 522 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reinhardt stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Aldean.
Reinhardt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Aldean is fending him off so far but Reinhardt persists. Nope, Aldean circles away and we're back to standing.

Reinhardt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Aldean gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Aldean has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Aldean got a little sloppy there for a moment and Reinhardt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Aldean has managed to get both his arms back between Reinhardt's legs - danger averted.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
