Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jey Uso (ranked 3232 p4p, 4384 weight class) and Island Fighter One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Island Fighter One! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Uso closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. One quickly recovers to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Uso controlling the action here. Uso working the head and body with strikes. One trying to control here.
Uso is figuring out what he wants to do next. Uso scores with a couple of good hammerfists. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. One is looking to improve his position but Uso isn't that keen on the idea. Jey Uso overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. One tries to lock up and control but Uso gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. One in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Uso controlling the position easily from mount. Uso has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of One's face.
