The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanenko misses with the combination.
One tries to clinch but Romanenko is having none of it.
Romanenko throws a counter combo.
No joy there for Romanenko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

One closes the distance and pushes Romanenko back into the cage.
One jumps guard but Romanenko turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
One tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Romanenko just stands there and leans against the cage.
One jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Romanenko walks away with a smile on his face. One gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shadow Island One. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Romanenko rushes One and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
One fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Romanenko gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
One controlling the position well.
Romanenko tries to stand but his hand is stuck under One.
One gets back to full guard.

One is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Romanenko has his hands clasped together but One extends and breaks Romanenko's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by One.
