Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Blake (ranked 5003 p4p, 24604 weight class) and Kimo Apolo (ranked 489 p4p, 554 weight class). Blake's entrance music is Si Cranstoun - Dynamo. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Blake tenderised Apolo's leg. Apolo is trying to keep his angry face on.

Blake throws a head kick but Apolo moves out of range.
Blake wants to clinch up but Apolo keeps it at a distance.
Blake tries to clinch there but Apolo circles away.
Apolo throws out a counter right but Blake avoids it with no problem.

and Apolo counters with a stiff right hand.
Apolo dodges the punch combination from Blake.
Blake looks to land a right hand but Apolo moved out of range.
Blake tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Apolo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Blake is breathing heavily.

Blake throws a sloppy head kick
and Apolo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Blake! Apolo lets Blake back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Blake is rocked!
It looks like Danny Blake has been cut.
Apolo catches Blake with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Blake forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
