Win is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Paviotti is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Paviotti's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Paviotti is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Win got a little sloppy there for a moment and Paviotti has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Win has managed to get both his arms back between Paviotti's legs - danger averted. Paviotti tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paviotti working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Win. Paviotti has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Paviotti is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Win frees his head nicely. Oh but Paviotti has switched to an armbar! Win is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
