Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Devon Nzee (ranked 4332 p4p, 4168 weight class) and Otis Buckley (ranked 0 p4p, 443 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nzee is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Buckley's half guard.
Nzee trying to control the action but Buckley is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Buckley keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Buckley leaves Nzee with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Buckley catches Nzee with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Buckley lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Nzee is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Buckley can do to turn this around?
Buckley fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nzee manages to avoid it.

Buckley stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Buckley wants it to stay on the feet.

Nzee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Buckley's waist but Buckley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nzee off to one side.

Nzee tries to close the distance and clinch but Buckley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Nzee dives in and grabs Buckley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Buckley pushes down on Nzee's head and hops out.

Buckley is trying to escape back to his feet but Nzee uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Buckley pushes Nzee away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nzee gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

A relieved looking Devon Nzee thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
