Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Tate (ranked 4152 p4p, 3957 weight class) and Maycon Jardim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maycon Jardim is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Andrew Tate! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Maycon Jardim! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tate misses with a jab to the body
and Tate takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Tate throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jardim counters with a lovely straight right hand! Tate tries for a takedown but Jardim circles away easily and Jardim counters with a stiff right hand. Tate throws a poor cross that misses
and Tate takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Tate throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jardim was covering up waiting for the punch and Tate finishes the takedown easily into guard. Jardim bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tate's guard. Jardim wants to control from the top but Tate keeps moving. Jardim throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tate works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jardim engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Jardim preventing the sweep. Tate knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jardim on the ground. Tate is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jardim frees his head nicely. Oh but Tate has switched to an armbar! Jardim is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Andrew Tate! Andrew Tate decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
