Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bonbon Posio (ranked 4328 p4p, 4311 weight class) and Garry Gnzzy (ranked 320 p4p, 317 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Garry Gnzzy!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Posio shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gnzzy sprawls well. Gnzzy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Posio gets slowly back to his feet.
No luck for Posio with that takedown attempt.

Posio throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gnzzy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Posio really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Posio tries to clinch but Gnzzy is having none of it.

Posio goes for a double leg but Gnzzy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gnzzy continues to drive forward.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Gnzzy in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Gnzzy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Posio circles away quickly and effectively.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Garry Gnzzy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Bonbon Posio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gnzzy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Posio moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Gnzzy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Posio.
Posio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gnzzy's waist but Gnzzy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Posio off to one side.
As Posio backs off Gnzzy throws a huge counter combo but Posio manages to avoid it all.

Posio looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Gnzzy cracks Posio with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Bonbon Posio has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Garry Gnzzy is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Gnzzy throws out a leg kick but Posio moves out of range and Gnzzy only half commits.
