Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Freaky Earl (ranked 3775 p4p, 2585 weight class) and Daisuke Toshimichi (ranked 400 p4p, 306 weight class). Daisuke Toshimichi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Freaky Earl!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daisuke Toshimichi!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Earl takes one to the side of the head.
Toshimichi lunges at Earl with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Earl's hand.
Toshimichi misses with a few strikes there.
Toshimichi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Toshimichi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Earl throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Earl tries for a takedown but Toshimichi circles away easily
and Toshimichi counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Freaky Earl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toshimichi throws an overhand right that lands on Earl's shoulder, as Earl tries to avoid the shot.
Earl tries to clinch there but Toshimichi circles away.
Toshimichi throws a series of punches but Earl avoids them all with ease.
Toshimichi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Earl throws a shot from downtown. Toshimichi moves away and avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Toshimichi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Earl takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Toshimichi's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Toshimichi duly obliges.
Earl is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Toshimichi knocks Earl out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Daisuke Toshimichi!
After winning the bout, Daisuke Toshimichi thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
