Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lom Seis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ashton Chen!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seis chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Chen throws a front kick that sends Seis stumbling back into the cage.
Seis scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Lom Seis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chen looks to land a combination but Seis avoids it well.
Chen throws a sloppy head kick and Seis moves out of range easily.
Seis throws a lazy head kick
and Chen moves into the clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Chen - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Seis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Seis scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Chen manages to mount him!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Chen is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Chen extends the arm and Seis is forced to tap!
