Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Uso (ranked 3430 p4p, 4185 weight class) and Roman Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roman Richards has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jimmy Uso's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Uso drops down looking for a counter takedown but Richards sprawls and moves away.

Richards gets caught flat footed, as Uso shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Uso is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Uso is looking to work some ground and pound but Richards has wrist control.
Richards can't keep his opponent in guard - Uso advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Richards tries to kick Uso off but Uso keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Uso in particular looking to stall.

Uso jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!
