Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wojciech Solomon (ranked 3304 p4p, 3360 weight class) and Garry Gnzzy (ranked 272 p4p, 276 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wojciech Solomon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Garry Gnzzy!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Micheangelo Fripello and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gnzzy throws a series of punches but Solomon moves out of range.

Solomon gets a clinch.
Solomon jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gnzzy walks away with a smile on his face. Solomon gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Solomon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gnzzy sprawls well initially but Solomon persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Gnzzy makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Solomon goes for a double leg but Gnzzy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gnzzy continues to drive forward.
Solomon tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Gnzzy's elbow.

Solomon manages to break the clinch.

Solomon drives through with a takedown into Gnzzy's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Gnzzy has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Solomon off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Solomon is trying to trip Gnzzy. He has hold of a leg but Gnzzy is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Solomon persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

and Gnzzy counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gnzzy gets caught flat footed, as Solomon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Solomon postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gnzzy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Solomon, into his guard.

Gnzzy wants to stand and escape but instead Solomon has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Gnzzy looks winded!

Solomon drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gnzzy dives on top into guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Gnzzy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Solomon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gnzzy has managed to get both his arms back between Solomon's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Solomon looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Gnzzy passes into side control.
Solomon is looking to regain half guard here but Gnzzy keeps moving and retains side control.

Gnzzy decides to stand back up.
Solomon has a takedown stuffed.

Gnzzy lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Garry Gnzzy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Solomon shoots in for a takedown but Gnzzy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Solomon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gnzzy tries to avoid it but Solomon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gnzzy to the ground. Gnzzy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gnzzy lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Solomon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Garry Gnzzy seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Solomon throws a quick counter kick to the body but Gnzzy avoids it.

Garry Gnzzy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Solomon has his foot on Gnzzy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gnzzy works his way back into a safe position though.
Gnzzy wants to get up but he can't break Solomon's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Gnzzy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Solomon has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Solomon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gnzzy defends well.

Solomon throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Gnzzy escapes and throws Solomon's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Solomon shoots in but no luck this time.
Gnzzy lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Gnzzy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gnzzy.

Gnzzy has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
