Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Villaggio closes the distance and clinches.
Villaggio misses with a body punch.
McCoy tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A frustrated look appears on Villaggio's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Villaggio is trying to break free.
Villaggio turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Villaggio manages to end up in side control.
McCoy is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
McCoy looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Villaggio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McCoy on the ground.
McCoy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Villaggio's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Villaggio's back!

McCoy biding his time, controlling Villaggio.
I really don't envy Villaggio right now.

McCoy just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McCoy controls the position.
McCoy has the hooks in. Villaggio is starting to panic. He's trying to push off one of the legs but he's left his neck open to attack. McCoy passes his arm under Villaggio's neck and tightens up a rear naked choke! This one is surely all over! Yes, Villaggio taps!
