Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dill Nickle (ranked 1224 p4p, 1323 weight class) and Ivan Draganov (ranked 112 p4p, 122 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dill Nickle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ivan Draganov! The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Summer Carpenter and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Draganov throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Draganov lands a body shot.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Nickle is looking to break free of the clinch but Draganov has double underhooks. Draganov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nickle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Draganov has Nickle up against the cage in a clinch.
Draganov breaks the clinch.
Draganov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Dill Nickle has been cut. Nickle throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Draganov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Nickle throws a one two combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Draganov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. We've been told by Nickle's head coaches at Punch Out Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Nickle misses the jab. Draganov misses with a hook to the body
and Nickle counters with a stiff right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nickle bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Draganov is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Nickle is controlling him well. Nickle wants to stand but Draganov is controlling his arm. Nickle trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Draganov throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Draganov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nickle sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Draganov dives in and grabs Nickle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nickle pushes down on Draganov's head and hops out. Nickle tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Draganov manages to circle out of the way. Dill Nickle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Draganov. Draganov swinging wildly here.
Nice takedown defense from Nickle. No joy for Draganov on that attempt. It looked like Nickle was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Draganov. Ivan Draganov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Draganov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Nickle's head backwards. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nickle displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Draganov. Nickle listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Draganov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Nickle wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Draganov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Nickle manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Draganov shoots in looking for a takedown. Nickle tries to sprawl out of it but Draganov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nickle manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nickle looks to land a combination. Draganov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Draganov closes the distance and clinches up with Nickle, looking for a takedown. Draganov pushes Nickle against the cage but Nickle circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Draganov on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Draganov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Nickle is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Jab, jab by Nickle - just one landing. Nickle swings for the body but Draganov moves out of range.

Draganov instigates a clinch. Draganov leaning against his opponent.
Nickle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nickle swats away the attempt to clinch by Draganov.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Draganov on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Draganov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nickle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Draganov somewhat. Draganov dives in for a single leg takedown but Nickle sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Draganov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nickle. Nickle connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Draganov momentarily.
Draganov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nickle changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Draganov lands with a slapping head kick. Draganov fails to land the takedown. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dill Nickle dominated that round. The cut man is working on Dill Nickle's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Draganov closes the distance and clinches up with Nickle, looking for a takedown. Draganov pushes Nickle against the cage but Nickle circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Nickle was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Draganov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nickle.
Nickle paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Draganov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nickle as he avoids it easily. Nickle wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Nickle scores with a nice strike. Nickle lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Draganov is rocked! Nickle avoids a kick to the body.
Draganov is still on wobbly legs! Can Nickle finish him? Nickle is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Draganov is in big trouble! Nickle is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Draganov. Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Dill Nickle! A very excited looking Dill Nickle made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
