Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander lands a jab to Johnson's midsection.
Johnson tries to clinch there but Alexander circles away.

Alexander is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Alexander slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Johnson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Alexander stays in close to Johnson's body and controls the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Alexander lands a lovely overhand right.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Alexander lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Harry Johnson has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Alexander.
Alexander looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Johnson wants to stand back up but Alexander manages to pass into side control.
Johnson wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Alexander seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Johnson is tapping! Wow, great finish!

Harry Johnson was interviewed post fight and said 'Gon' put my ass in a lawnchair and have a cold beer when I get home, need some time to reflect and let the clouds open up to that big blue sky again. Then back to the gym. '.
