Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Big Russian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Moctesuma Khan!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Khan with a lazy takedown attempt
and Russian counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Russian feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Khan sprawling to the canvas! Khan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Russian finish him?!
It looks like Moctesuma Khan has been cut.
Khan misses with a takedown attempt
and Russian counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
