Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Naoto Sugawara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Pran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naoto Sugawara! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mr Pran! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sugawara misses with a hook. Pran ducked under it nicely. Naoto Sugawara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sugawara stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Sugawara misses with a series of wild punches.
Sugawara works over Pran's head and body with a nice combination. Sugawara with a jab. Sugawara takes a swing at Pran's ribcage but misses. A punch combination from Sugawara misses. Sugawara throws a series of punches but Pran moves out of range. Sugawara jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Pran avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sugawara looks to throw the jab but Pran is out of range. Sugawara fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sugawara throws a series of punches but Pran avoids them all with ease. Sugawara throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sugawara scores with a jab to the body. Pran fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sugawara stuffs the takedown attempt from Pran. Pran gets slowly back to his feet. Pran has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pran there as he acknowledges the shot. Pran shoots in looking for a takedown. Sugawara tries to sprawl out of it but Pran keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sugawara manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Naoto Sugawara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mr Pran. Sugawara connects with a body shot. Pran fails with a takedown attempt. Pran misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Good shot there by Sugawara. Sugawara connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pran momentarily.
Sugawara lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pran circles away quickly and effectively. Sugawara lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sugawara connects with a jab. Sugawara scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sugawara moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Sugawara will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sugawara bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sugawara scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pran fails with the takedown. Sugawara is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Pran has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Sugawara lands with a nice combination. Pran backs away looking to recover. Sugawara cracks Pran with an open hand slap. Sugawara lands the left hand. Pran fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sugawara scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Pran on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Pran looks gassed! Sugawara's corner calls for a 1-2. Sugawara obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Sugawara lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Danga de danga de dang - Sugawara scores with a four punch combination! Sugawara lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Pran is rocked! Sugawara walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Pran drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Sugawara swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Pran's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Naoto Sugawara!
