The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxaaja tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Acacio swivels and escapes.
Boxaaja shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boxaaja showed some decent athleticism there.
Boxaaja is working for a submission of some sort.
Boxaaja wants to work for an arm triangle but Acacio is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Boxaaja has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Acacio defend it? Boxaaja steps over the head and cranks it - Acacio is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Boxaaja!
