The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Chai clinches up with Kuang and pushes him back against the cage.
Kuang has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Chai is trying to keep an underhook but Kuang manages to get the takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Kuang (2) vs (0) Chai
Kuang is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Kuang is looking to take a break and control but Chai is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Chai is looking for a sweep. Kuang is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Chai works his way to full guard. Good work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chai wants to sweep but no luck.
Kuang sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chai's guard.
Chai manages to get to full guard.

Kuang wants to control from the top but Chai keeps moving.
Chai is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Kuang has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Kuang tries to free his leg and advance position but Chai is retaining full guard.

Chai wants to improve his position but instead Kuang has moved into half guard.

Chai tries to improve his position but Kuang has taken his back! Kuang has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Chai tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Kuang pushes Chai away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
