The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruthless scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Ruthless misses with a body punch
and Justen counters with a stiff right hand.
Justen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Good standup being displayed there by Ruthless as he connects with a hook.
Ruthless has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Ruthless stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
