Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Cooper Cartwright!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chevy Iverson!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright moves forwards but Iverson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Cartwright uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Iverson.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cartwright crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Iverson - the referee stops the clock and Cartwright gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Iverson. Cartwright manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Iverson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cartwright.
Iverson looks to score with a jab to the body but Cartwright is just out of range.
Cartwright shoots in for a takedown but Iverson shows good takedown defense.

Cartwright feints and as Iverson raises his hands in defense, Cartwright changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cartwright lands a nice short elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Iverson is looking to control Cartwright's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Iverson avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cartwright seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Iverson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cartwright can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Cartwright with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Cartwright arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Iverson's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
