The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcato darts in and clinches Silva up against the cage.
Silva is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Mcato breaks the clinch.
Mcato throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Power Silva has been cut.
Mcato misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mcato looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Silva tries a body shot but Mcato blocks it.
Nice body punch from Mcato - that landed with a thud.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Silva tries to pull guard but Mcato holds him up against the cage and eventually Silva drops back down to his feet.
