Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Durango (ranked 4309 p4p, 4313 weight class) and Katie Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Katie Hill will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill tries to clinch but Durango is having none of it.
Hill misses with a takedown
and Durango counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Durango ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Durango no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hill drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Durango manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hill has Durango in his guard.
Durango is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Durango stands and throws Hill's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hill should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Durango decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hill to his feet.

Durango tightens his grip and picks Hill up, before dumping him to the ground. Hill manages to land in guard.

Durango wants to pass the guard but Hill is keeping the position.

Durango controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Durango prevents Hill from getting back to his feet.
Hill really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Durango . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Durango in particular looking to stall.

Durango frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Durango forces Hill back against the cage and clinches.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Durango holds on and takes a little breather.

Durango is looking for a triangle but Hill pushes his legs off easily.
Hill prevents Durango from getting back to his feet.
Durango is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Durango working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The cut above Katie Hill's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hill changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Durango tries to avoid it but Hill manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Durango to the ground. Durango escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hill fails with a takedown attempt.
Hill misses with a combination
and Durango counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hill won't be happy with that.
Hill is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Durango asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Hill is working to avoid the ground and pound but Durango connects with a decent elbow.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Durango is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hill can do to turn this around?
Durango cracks Hill with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Durango throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Hill has his hands clasped together but Durango breaks the hold and Hill is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Durango !
