1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ayabie Yamazaki! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamazaki avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pete Rushakas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rushakas closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Yamazaki to the mat! Yamazaki manages to get full guard. Yamazaki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rushakas manages to get himself to full guard.

Yamazaki is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Rushakas rolls with it to try and escape but Yamazaki cranks on the arm and Rushakas is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
