Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rowlinski (ranked 4334 p4p, 4005 weight class) and Uncle Ben (ranked 0 p4p, 437 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Uncle Ben enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Rowlinski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Uncle Ben! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ben throws a sloppy head kick and Rowlinski moves out of range easily. It looked like Rowlinski was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Ben. Ben throws a lazy head kick and Rowlinski counters with a three punch combo that has Ben backing up. Ben nods at Rowlinski to acknowledge the strikes. Ben throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rowlinski. Ben throws the kick towards the body but Rowlinski avoids it. Ben tries a head kick but it misses.
Rowlinski half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Rowlinski shoots in but no luck this time. Ben gets the takedown into side control. Rowlinski sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Ben looks winded! Rowlinski keeps control of the position for the meantime. Rowlinski keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Rowlinski gets back to full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rowlinski wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Adam Rowlinski will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ben throws a lazy uppercut
and Rowlinski counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ben drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Rowlinski is pulling down on Ben's head to control his posture. Uncle Ben has got the better of the ground game so far. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ben accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Rowlinski pulls Ben in close to prevent any damage. Rowlinski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ben's guard. Good work there from Ben! Ben throwing strikes but Rowlinski manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Uncle Ben. I think Ben has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
