Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Mcfaul (ranked 5554 p4p, 4456 weight class) and Las Vegas (ranked 231 p4p, 195 weight class). Las Vegas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dustin Mcfaul! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Las Vegas! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vegas closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Vegas lands in his opponent's guard. Mcfaul is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Vegas dives into side control.
Vegas prevents Mcfaul from escaping the position. Mcfaul trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Mcfaul on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mcfaul tries to get out of the position. Vegas lands a nice forearm strike. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcfaul is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Vegas tries for a kimura. Mcfaul is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Vegas just content to control the position. Mcfaul wants to get back to his feet but Vegas is dominant here and he's now got Mcfaul's back! Vegas is punishing Mcfaul with some ground and pound. Vegas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mcfaul is trying to stand back up. Mcfaul could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Vegas cracks Mcfaul with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Mcfaul from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mcfaul defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Vegas's arms.
