Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Neto (ranked 4663 p4p, 4478 weight class) and First Test (ranked 159 p4p, 525 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomas Neto! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, First Test! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Test shoots in for a takedown but Neto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Test throws a nice looking combination but Neto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Neto shoots in but Test avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nice body punch from Neto. Neto fails with a takedown attempt from distance. As Neto backs off Test throws a huge counter combo but Neto manages to avoid it all. Neto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Test keeping moving, preventing Neto from controlling successfully. Test has control of Neto's left arm, preventing Neto from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Neto stops Test from standing up. Test trying to control the position here. Test has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Neto can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Test doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Neto throws an elbow that misses. Test uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Neto's guard. Nice move by Test! Test postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Neto is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Test is aware though and is defending well. Test sitting in guard here, content to control. Neto is trying to control the position but Test postures up. Neto striking off his back but it's not causing Test any problems. Test avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Test has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Test engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neto escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Test gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Neto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Test can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Test sitting in guard here, content to control.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tomas Neto. I think Neto has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
