The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Havas lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like India Best has been cut.
Best tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Havas paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Havas appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Havas lands a really nice looking cross but Best seems unphased.
Best gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Havas counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Best breaks the clinch.
Havas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Best.
Havas with a hook.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Havas thuds a left hand into Best's body.
Havas scores with the left hand. Best knows he should have avoided that one.

That has opened up India Best's cut even more.
Best fails to land the takedown.
Kamu Havas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of India Best.

Havas lands with a good body shot.
Best looks winded!

Havas lands a big uppercut and Best crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Best looks OK. Havas waves Best back to his feet!

Havas has closed the distance and engaged Best in a clinch.

Havas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Havas cracks Best with a right hand to the side of the head.

The cut above India Best's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Havas cracks Best with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Havas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Best to stand back up!

Best is rocked!

Havas moves into the clinch.
Havas presses Best against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Havas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Havas gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Best tries to pull guard but Havas holds him up against the cage and eventually Best drops back down to his feet.

Havas manages to break the clinch.

Havas rushes Best and presses him up against the cage.

Havas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Havas moves into the clinch successfully.

Best breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Best tries to keep at a distance but Havas has taken the fight into the clinch.

Havas breaks from the clinch.
Best tries for a takedown but Havas sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Best tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Havas paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Havas dips to his left and cracks Best with an uppercut!

India Best's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at India Best's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
