Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tony Pacucci!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Herio Lupsaka!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacucci tries to clinch up but Lupsaka circles away and keeps his distance.
Lupsaka changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pacucci looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Pacucci takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Pacucci is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lupsaka connects with a decent elbow.
You can see the frustration on Pacucci's face as Lupsaka controls the position.
Lupsaka is chipping away with strikes.
Lupsaka is working Pacucci over with some ground and pound from side control.
Pacucci is not content to let Lupsaka control the position.
Pacucci tries to improve position but can't.
Pacucci looking for a sweep but Lupsaka has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Lupsaka lands a big shot there that rocks Pacucci but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Pacucci is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lupsaka unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Pacucci wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Lupsaka celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Herio Lupsaka!
During a confident post fight interview, Herio Lupsaka thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
