Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cristiano Nazzareno (ranked 4915 p4p, 4736 weight class) and Sebastian Otto (ranked 560 p4p, 549 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Otto looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Nazzareno!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Otto wants the takedown. Nazzareno is fighting it off but Otto persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Nazzareno's guard against the cage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Cristiano Nazzareno will probably get the nod.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Nazzareno looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Otto with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Nazzareno wants to take a breather but Otto is having none of it.
Nazzareno is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Otto is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Nazzareno is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Nazzareno is trying to control. Otto wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Nazzareno darts in looking for a takedown but Otto gets double underhooks and turns Nazzareno into the cage.
