Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Lett (ranked 1731 p4p, 2681 weight class) and Doric Dienekes (ranked 226 p4p, 327 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Lett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Doric Dienekes!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dienekes shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Lett pushes Dienekes off but Dienekes dives into side control.
Dienekes looks up at the clock and then as Lett takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Dienekes smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dienekes working the head and body with strikes.
Lett takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
It looks like David Lett has been cut.
Lett tries to improve position but can't.
Dienekes scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lett to see if he's OK.
David Lett's cut is getting worse.
Dienekes in side control lands a decent elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lett tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dienekes wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Dienekes landing strikes.
Lett is rocked!
Lett manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dienekes's best efforts.
Lett moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Dienekes landing some decent shots from guard.
Dienekes lands a couple of elbows.
Jeez, David Lett's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at David Lett's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Doric Dienekes!
David Lett spoke after the fight, saying 'I guess you can't win em all...I will be back!'.
