The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamburello's jab looks to have found its range, popping Veto under the eye.
It looks like Jaycee Veto has been cut.
Tamburello tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Veto was well out of range. Poor timing from Tamburello.
Chris Tamburello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Veto throws a body shot but no joy.
Veto lands a jab to Tamburello's midsection.

Veto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Tamburello has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ludus Magnus in the buildup to the fight.
Veto jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Tamburello misses with a body punch
and Veto connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tamburello misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Veto scores with a punch to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tamburello ducks right into an uppercut from Veto.
Tamburello fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Veto sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Tamburello's defenses. It connects perfectly with Tamburello's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
