Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jordi Tejedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tejedo circles away from the clinch attempt.

Tejedo tries to land a front kick but Mac steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mac tries to clinch up.
Tejedo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Mac takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Tejedo has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Mac is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Tejedo.

Tejedo is trying to get back to his feet but Mac has full control of the position and if anything, Tejedo has just worked his way into a worse spot.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
You can see the frustration on Tejedo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's time! Tejedo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Mac shoots in looking for a takedown. Tejedo tries to sprawl out of it but Mac keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tejedo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mac throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tejedo's waist but Tejedo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mac off to one side.

Well Mac has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
