Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Pilkington (ranked 4359 p4p, 4258 weight class) and Jesse Morelli (ranked 0 p4p, 157 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morelli darts in looking for a takedown but Pilkington gets double underhooks and turns Morelli into the cage.
Morelli blocks a head kick by Pilkington.
Morelli shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pilkington manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Pilkington wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Morelli is working Pilkington over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
