Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kobe Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampage Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wallace but Wallace pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Slice tries for a takedown but Wallace sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Slice looks gassed!
Wallace shoots and misses
and Slice counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Slice controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Wallace looking for a guillotine here but Slice defends easily.
Wallace is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Slice slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wallace is on top in guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Slice counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wallace won't be happy with that.
You can see the frustration on Wallace's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Wallace is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Slice counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Wallace controls Slice momentarily but Slice frees himself.
Wallace is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Slice gets a takedown into half guard.

Wallace looking for submissions off his back.
Slice is taking a breather. Wallace says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Wallace is looking for a sweep. Slice is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Slice keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Slice is looking to take a break and control but Wallace is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Slice avoids the head kick by Wallace.
Wallace has his takedown stuffed
and Slice counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Wallace's guard now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rampage Slice showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Wallace's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

and Slice counters with a single leg into guard. Wallace didn't expect that.
Wallace is trying to control the position but Slice postures up.

Rampage Slice has got the better of the ground game so far.
Slice stops Wallace from standing up.
Wallace had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Slice is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wallace Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Slice's back instead.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Slice rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Slice moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Slice fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Slice thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Wallace regains half guard.
Slice stalling.
Slice is trying to control the action in half guard but Wallace is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Wallace is looking to control Slice's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wallace avoid being mounted?
Wallace is pressing down on Slice's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Rampage Slice comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
