Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dweezy Delgado! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ivan Rosch! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rosch throws a one two combo.
Delgado moves into the clinch. Delgado could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Delgado creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Delgado lands a nice elbow. Delgado gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Ivan Rosch has been cut. Delgado lands a damaging elbow. Rosch pulls guard effortlessly. Delgado controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Delgado looking to pass the guard. Delgado has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rosch is proving hard to escape from. Rosch pushes Delgado off and gets back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Delgado throws the left hand but Rosch avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delgado gets a clinch. Delgado prevents Rosch from breaking the clinch. Rosch takes an elbow to the forehead. Delgado throws an elbow that misses.

Delgado creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rosch's defenses. Rosch blocks an elbow strike. Delgado throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

That has opened up Ivan Rosch's cut even more. Delgado gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Rosch looks winded! With the fighters up against the cage, Delgado throws an elbow but misses. Rosch avoids a wild elbow strike from Delgado. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Delgado just misses with a elbow thrown towards Rosch's brow. Rosch manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Delgado wants to stand but Rosch has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Delgado pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rosch is keeping the position for now. Delgado wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Rosch's closed guard. He's half up but Rosch has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Rosch pivots and extends the arm, Delgado falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Rosch! Well done that man!
