Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stoner Steve (ranked 400 p4p, 578 weight class) and Macka Briggs (ranked 62 p4p, 96 weight class). Briggs has chosen Stepping Razor by Peter Tosh as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Stoner Steve!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Macka Briggs!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Briggs keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Steve throws a body punch but Briggs moves out of range.
Steve misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Briggs.
Briggs scores with a jab. Steve acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Steve walks into a jab.
Steve scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Macka Briggs has been cut.
Steve scores with a punch to the head.
Briggs throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steve checks a leg kick.
Briggs throws a combination. Steve tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Steve moves out of range as Briggs strikes.
Briggs throws a left and a right that both miss
and Steve counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Briggs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Briggs lands the left hand.
Steve misses the body punch
and Briggs counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Briggs scores with a takedown into Steve's guard.
Briggs trying to control but Steve is working from the bottom.
Steve pulls Briggs in close to his closed guard and prevents Briggs from doing any damage or advancing position.
Steve keeping moving, preventing Briggs from controlling successfully.
Briggs is fighting to break Steve's control of his arms but Steve is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Briggs throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Steve works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Briggs throwing strikes but missing.
Steve has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Briggs throws an elbow that misses. Steve uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Briggs's guard. Nice move by Steve!
Briggs looking to hit a scissor sweep but Steve is one step ahead there.
Steve controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Briggs looking for a sweep. Not yet Briggs, not yet.

Steve controlling from the top position.
Steve has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Briggs looking to hit a scissor sweep but Steve is one step ahead there.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Steve is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Briggs lands a body shot.
Briggs scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Steve misses with a straight left.
Briggs throws a half hearted mid kick.
Nice shot lands for Steve.
Briggs looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Steve on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Steve misses with a right hand
and Briggs counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A swing and a miss from Steve.
Briggs shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Briggs throws a predictable looking body shot
and Steve counters with a nice uppercut.
Briggs lands with an overhand left.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Macka Briggs dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Macka Briggs's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Steve throws a hook but Briggs blocks it.
Briggs throws a big shot that misses.
Briggs tries to clinch but Steve moves out of range.
A quick step to the side and Steve tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Macka Briggs seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Briggs misses with an uppercut.
Briggs digs a good body shot into Steve's ribs.
Briggs has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Steve finds it's way round the side to connect with Briggs's head.
Briggs misses with a looping right.
It looked like Steve wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A bone on bone clash there as Steve blocks the leg kick.
Steve throws a jab but it's blocked by Briggs.
Briggs throws out a counter right but Steve avoids it with no problem.
Briggs throws a body shot but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Steve is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That has opened up Macka Briggs's cut even more.
Steve moves out of range of the strikes.
Briggs misses with a hook. Steve ducked under it nicely.
A little feinted left hand from Steve on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Steve drops his hands momentarily and Briggs takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Briggs has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Briggs connects with a single shot there.
Briggs misses with a looping right.
Briggs throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steve listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Briggs lands a glancing blow to the side of Steve's head.
Steve takes one on the button.
Steve is rocked!
Briggs batters Steve with a massive right followed by a huge left! Steve is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Briggs lands a final crushing right hand to drop Steve to the mat with a gruesome thud! Briggs is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Macka Briggs!
After winning the bout, Macka Briggs thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
