The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rondon moves forwards but Bec connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Jose Rondon has been cut.
Bec rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rondon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rondon attempts a counter takedown but Bec avoids it well and moves away.
Rondon dives in and scores a takedown into Bec's guard.

Rondon slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Rondon tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rondon throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Bec has his hands clasped together but Rondon breaks the hold and Bec is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Rondon!
