Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tsuyoi Empi (ranked 4146 p4p, 5627 weight class) and Aqissiac Jacira (ranked 427 p4p, 508 weight class). Aqissiac Jacira has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacira tries to land a front kick but Empi steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Empi goes for a double leg but Jacira avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jacira continues to drive forward.
Empi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Our sources have told us that Empi has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Jacira tries a knee to the head but Empi blocks it.
Jacira gets underhooks to prevent Empi's takedown attempt.

Jacira throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Empi escapes and throws Jacira's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Empi works to advance to full mount. Jacira defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Empi rushes Jacira and presses him up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Empi takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Empi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jacira walks away with a smile on his face. Empi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Empi is wriggling around but Jacira manages to pass to half guard.
Jacira is trying to control. Empi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Jacira might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Empi haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jacira throws a series of punches but Empi moves out of range.
Jacira has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Empi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jacira's waist but Jacira gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Empi off to one side.
Jacira shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Empi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Empi has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Jacira has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Jacira successfully pulls guard.
Jacira has Empi pulled in close to control his posture.
Jacira manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Empi has Jacira pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jacira manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Jacira feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Empi pushes Jacira off and gets back to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tsuyoi Empi.
I think Jacira has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
