Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivo Lopes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramirez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Get Money by Stat Quo & Young Jeezy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lopes walks into a stiff left hand from Ramirez.
It looks like Ivo Lopes has been cut.
Lopes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ramirez but Ramirez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ramirez throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lopes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Lopes avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Lopes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ramirez but Ramirez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lopes feints and as Ramirez raises his hands in defense, Lopes changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lopes is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ramirez kicks Lopes off and gets to his feet.
Lopes keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ramirez.
A swing and a miss from Ramirez.
Ramirez uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ramirez walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Lopes drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ramirez swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Lopes's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
