Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bite Tyson (ranked 4000 p4p, 4075 weight class) and Dave Rave (ranked 411 p4p, 417 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dave Rave!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson lands with a cross.
Rave ducks under a wild hook from Tyson.
Tyson throws a series of punches but Rave moves out of range.
Rave swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Tyson misses with a double jab
and Rave cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tyson throws a jab when Rave was well out of range.
Despite the aggression on Rave's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Rave tries to clinch up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rave misses the body punch
letting Tyson counter with a right hand.
Tyson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rave counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tyson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rave slips under a jab.
Rave throws an off balance right hand
and Tyson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Tyson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rave swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Rave swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Tyson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rave misses with a combination
and Tyson counters with a huge left! Rave is in big trouble! He's backing up but Tyson isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Rave from any more damage. A dominating finish by Tyson!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bite Tyson!
