Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, James Amadu!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Amadu clinches with his opponent.
Milton misses with a body punch.

Milton escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Amadu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Milton misses with a straight right.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Milton.
Amadu tries to clinch but Milton is having none of it.

Amadu forces Milton back against the cage and clinches.

Amadu manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Milton trying to control the position from guard on top but Amadu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Milton lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Milton got a little sloppy there for a moment and Amadu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Milton has managed to get both his arms back between Amadu's legs - danger averted.

Amadu is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Milton has his hands clasped together but Amadu extends and breaks Milton's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Amadu.
