Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 21 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walter Wiener! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 25 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yeshua Immanuel! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Immanuel throws a sloppy head kick and Wiener finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Immanuel throws a head kick but Wiener moves out of range.
Immanuel throws the kick towards the body but Wiener avoids it. Yeshua Immanuel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Immanuel is looking to clinch but Wiener is avoiding it.
Wiener lands with a thumping leg kick.
Immanuel misses with a head kick.
Immanuel throws a head kick that misses. Immanuel misses with a double jab
and Wiener counters with an outside leg kick.
Wiener tries a head kick but it misses.
Immanuel appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Immanuel tries a head kick but it misses.
Immanuel tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wiener paws at him with a jab and circles away. It appears Wiener was looking to counter with a kick there. Wiener displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Immanuel throws out the jab. Wiener defending well as Immanuel loads up on a big left hand. Immanuel looks to land a body kick but Wiener moved away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Immanuel falls off balance throwing a combination
and Wiener counters with a solid body kick. Immanuel looks winded! Immanuel misses with a lunging right hand
and Wiener counters with a body kick. Wiener throws a wild body kick that Immanuel sees coming a mile off. Wiener really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wiener slips a straight right by Immanuel. Immanuel misses with a head kick.
Wiener quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Wiener lands a leg kick that knocks Immanuel off balance momentarily. Wiener delivers a nice body kick. Wiener throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
A head kick by Wiener - that's a beauty! Immanuel is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Wiener can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
