The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svyatogor tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Zakharov darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Dimitri Svyatogor has been cut.
Svyatogor needs to keep his hands up - Zakharov had a free shot at his head there.
Zakharov scores with a nice body kick.
Zakharov swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Svyatogor counters with a stiff right hand.
Zakharov misses with a kick to the body.
Zakharov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Svyatogor counter with a right hand.

Svyatogor slips a jab and a cross from Zakharov.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zakharov jabs Svyatogor right on the nose. Svyatogor blinks but takes it well.

A lazy body kick from Zakharov
and Svyatogor counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Dimitri Svyatogor really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Brooklyn Apothecary logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
