Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Korppila (ranked 2246 p4p, 1533 weight class) and Ted Meredith (ranked 353 p4p, 239 weight class). Korppila comes to the cage accompanied by Mustasch - The Mauler. The crowd seem to be enjoying Meredith's choice of entrance music: Skinny Boys - Skinny (They Can't Get Enough). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Korppila lands with a cross.
Meredith feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Korppila sprawling to the canvas! Korppila rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Meredith finish him?!
Korppila is rocked!
Korppila walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Meredith swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ted Meredith!
Our winner, Ted Meredith, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
Tom Korppila spoke after the fight, saying 'Well didn’t that suck? He may have beaten me, but could he outwrestle a bear? I don’t think so.'.
