The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fraumilch paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Fraumilch has his takedown stuffed
and Mason counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Fraumilch takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Fraumilch throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mason was covering up waiting for the punch and Fraumilch finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
