With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mfer Phol!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Don catches Phol right on the button with a cross.
Phol tries to clinch there but Don circles away.
Nice shot by Don.
Mfer Phol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Phol throws a jab when Don was well out of range.
Phol lands with a hook. Don tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Phol clinches with his opponent.
Don wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Phol lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Don or not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Don is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Don has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Phol is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Phol gets through Don's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Phol fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Don manages to avoid it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Phol lands a big right hand that drops Don! The killer instinct kicks in and Phol finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Phol!
